fun aerial acro yoga place with great teachers and cool space in old mill building. If you have never done yoga suspended from the ceiling like you were in cirque du solei you should give it a try

Aerial yoga and thai massages... o my! Kelly is by far the best instructor and massage therapists in the south... and I travel ALOT! She even teaches acro yoga for partners ;)
