You’ll connect with your surroundings and create a one-of-a-kind memory of your journey. • Meet at Bacab Gallery, where I’ll explain the process, history and technique of cyanotype, a camera-free printing technique that uses light-sensitive salts to create striking blue images. • Arrange your collected objects—maybe a feather, flower, beach pebble, or leaf—on handmade cotton or pine paper from Veracruz. I’ll guide you through composition techniques to make the artwork. • Coat the paper with a special solution and expose it to sunlight (or UV light, if the sun isn’t cooperating) and watch the transformation as your design turns into a rich blue. After rinsing and drying it, reflect on your masterpiece. You’ll leave with a personal artwork, and recommendations for how to frame and preserve your new creation.

¡prepárate para ser un pintor! durante 2:30 horas estaremos en nuestra azotea secreta en la ciudad vieja en donde primero te recibiremos con una copa de champaña para irnos conociendo. Luego de habernos conocido, nos pondremos manos a la obra! Te enseñare mis técnicas de pintura para plasmar con propiedad nuestro cuadro (no importa si no tienes experiencia pintando, haré lo posible para que puedas expresar tu arte de la mejor manera!). nuestro cuadro será la preciosa representación de una casa del centro histórico de Cartagena, un cuadro colorido y lleno de vida, además de ser del tamaño perfecto para poder llevártelo de vuelta cómodamente, ya sea para colgarlo en tu hogar o como un souvenir que siempre te recordara a esta hermosa ciudad! mientras pintamos nuestra familia te servirá un desayuno almuerzo local hecho hecho en casa! y por supuesto todo esto mientras suena de fondo una playlist de música colombiana relajante acompañado de una copa de mimosa.

Descubre las Ruinas de Muyil y el Canal Maya

Vamos en una aventura a la Reserva de la Biosfera de Sian Ka'an ubicada a 15 minutos hacia el sur de Tulum. Nos adentraremos en la jungla maya para encontrarnos con sus maravillas naturales e historia. Primero vamos a entrar a la Reserva por el sitio arqueológico de Muyil, una de las ciudades mayas más viejas de la región. Vamos a admirar los templos mayas y caminar por los senderos a través de la selva pasando las ruinas y un mirador hasta llegar a la Laguna de Muyil. Ahí vamos a tomar una lancha y navegar a la Laguna de Chunyaxché utilizando las rutas que usaban los mayas para comerciar. Luego nadaremos en un canal de agua dulce y cristalina que cuenta con una corriente leve para flotar a través del manglar. De regreso podremos visitar un cenote o ir por algo de comer. Otros aspectos destacables Vamos a visitar un Área Natural Protegida. Trataremos de contemplar la naturaleza de forma respetuosa y responsable sin dañar el habitat. Favor de evitar repelentes y bloqueadores solares a menos de que sean bio-compatibles. Treaeré toallas :)

Garifuna Gastronomic Lunch Experience will have you immerse in our organically grown island foods. Guests are introduced to Garifuna History, a walk of the quaint Garifuna Village and its various artistic displays; a stroll through the herbal Garden where we get to harvest food items to prepare a delicious traditional breakfast or dinner. Guest wanting the breakfast experience, the adventure begins at 11:00 a.m with a kayak ride across the Freshwater Lagoon unto the island. After the outdoor educational session you are invited into our traditional kitchen where you get to prepare Lunch with our in-house cook while enjoying an inspiring conversation. Lunch include the most famous Garifuna Dish Hudutu; which is a coconut chowder flavored with fish and freshly harvested herbs from our garden. This is served with pounded plantains and fried fish. Vamos a salir desde el Edificio Steinvorth, para ir caminando por la ciudad y visitar cafeterías de pequeños emprendedores, que han desarrollado sus negocios de manera creativa y que han crecido y vinculado a otros emprendimientos. Es una ruta basada en espacios de emprendimientos gastronómicos y dedicados al café. Ideal para fotografiar y poder caminar por la ciudad e identificar algunos puntos principales para moverse por Chepe. En tres horas le daremos una perspectiva que pocos le podrán dar y que le harán ver porqué San José es una ciudad viva y con mucho turismo por hacer. Aún cuando llueva, tendremos recorrido. Iremos por San José, por algunas zonas dos de sus distritos históricos (Carmen y Merced).

This experience is minimun for 3 people Let's meet at Exito Sandiego supermarket . We will go then to the public market by bus where I am sure you will be in love with this amazing community . I will introduce you to my wonderful friends in the marketplace who have become more of an extension of my family. This experience changed my life everyday by seeing all the hard work of people to support their families. My hope is that stories your will hear, could change your life too. We will also learn about the local rhythm ( champeta) and dance so please don't be shy and let's have fun. We will eat some delicacies from the world renowned Cecilia's Restaurant. This restaurant was visited by Anthony Bourdain in 2008. We will try the local soda, beer and sample delicious fruits. You will be able to inmerse in our daily life, to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Bazurto public market and the most important you will have an adventure of how to discover to be a local in Cartagena. I am happy my job is my hobbie, It would be amazing if you can enjoy this hobbie with me. Other things to note The public market is a noisy place, where the smell can be strong sometimes, so if that its not something important for you, then join this experience. I advice to wear comfortable shoes.
