Join me for a macarons making class in my apartment, where I will teach you all the tricks to make one of the greatest French treats : Macarons ! First, you will choose the macaron flavours that we will make during the class. I will then show you the whole process from scratch, for you to be able to reproduce them at home. Feel free to ask questions all along the process, it's a great way to learn ! Once ready, we will pack your macarons into transport boxes for you to take away and enjoy as dessert or side to coffee. Macarons are always best eaten the next day, but it can be hard to wait. By the time you leave this class, you will have all the knowledge needed, and access to the recipe, to reproduce them at home and spoil family and friends with these delicious treats. Please note : Macarons are complex, requiring significant dexterity to make properly, and are therefore not recommended for very young children. If yours are particularly keen on cooking, I'm glad to teach children under 12, however I ask my guests to book a private experience, as younger children require a lot more attention and help during the class.
